Yoga is a wonderful tool in our healthy toolbox of life.  We all would like to achieve a balance in ourselves. Having the inner peace and a centered mind. Yoga has helped many women connect with their spiritual self-being. Yoga teaches us body posture, breathing and meditation techniques. Yoga is a good tool for stress relief. The word Yoga originated from India, which means "union".

There are many types of difficulties in practicing Yoga. Yoga starts with us individually. Individual yoga experiences develops over time. Yoga practice is always evolving, which means you can never get bored doing yoga. You don't have to be flexible when beginning yoga. Through-out time, you will evolve in yoga, flexibility and meditation methods increases.

Location is very important when practicing yoga. Some people love practicing yoga at a very peaceful and colorful garden, or the secret garden. The sound of the wind, birds and smell of flowers can give us that relaxed feeling. The location can change the way the effects of yoga, and achieving a great meditation. We have to feel good and feel alright. Yoga gives me a better feeling with how I go about with my daily life.

I feel that when I practice yoga, I meditate. Yoga brings inner peace and happiness to me. Practicing yoga gives me peaceful thoughts and super relaxed body. I would relax and release all of my troubles away. I would enjoy my meditation, get inner peace and let the bad things float away. For me, after yoga, my daily happiness is achieved. It helps me sail my troubles far away.

Yoga can be practiced anytime of the day. Some women will practice yoga in the morning to get their day started off good. Yoga in the middle of the day can bring balance to a chaotic and shaky day. Yoga practice at night, can give a woman inner relief of stressful day and can relax your mind and body. Yoga teaches us how to love, inner self control and body posture.
