yoga, and achieving a great meditation. We have to feel good and feel
alright. Yoga gives me a better feeling with how I go about with my
daily life.
I feel that when I practice yoga, I meditate. Yoga brings inner peace
and happiness to me. Practicing yoga gives me peaceful thoughts and
super relaxed body. I would relax and release all of my troubles away. I
would enjoy my meditation, get inner peace and let the bad things float
away. For me, after yoga, my daily happiness is achieved. It helps me
sail my troubles far away.

mind and body. Yoga teaches us how to love, inner self control and body
